Terms & Conditions

T&Cs

1. All classes are pre-booked only. Please speak to me however, if you

have a special requirement (i.e. you are due to return to work before

the end of term, work a shift pattern etc). If you join a class mid-way

through the term, you only pay for the remaining weeks.

2. The price is per family, per class – you do not pay extra for

bringing twins or an older/younger sibling to the same class.

3. All classes must be booked in advance and may have limited spaces in

each.

4. All classes must be used within the term in which they are purchased.

Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be carried over to a

future term. If you’re unable to attend your usual class, you may attend

an alternative class within the same term (subject to availability), or

gift your space to a friend for that session.

5. If a class cannot take place in person (due to illness or venue

issues), the session will be delivered online via Zoom. A link will be

sent via email and shared in the WhatsApp group.

6. I reserve the right to cancel any classes that do not have enough

families booked to be viable. In the event of your class being cancelled

you will have the option to swap to another class or receive a full

refund.

7. Please do not attend class if you or your child are unwell,

particularly with contagious illnesses. Where possible, you may attend a

catch-up session within the same term (subject to availability).

In our TinyTalk sessions we have lots of wonderful sensory developmental

tools which are not baby toys. They are not to be handled by babies or

children and are strictly ‘Adults Only’. By attending TinyTalk sessions

you agree to these conditions for the safety and protection of your

child as well as to the safety and protection of all children attending

the sessions.

I acknowledge that, together with TinyTalk, I am responsible for the

safety and protection of myself and my child at all TinyTalk sessions.

This includes keeping the environment safe by keeping hot drinks out of

reach of children and keeping my bags securely closed!

I am also responsible for my child’s behaviour and the safety and

protection of others at TinyTalk sessions. I will keep my child with me

at all times (or with someone I have agreed to have ‘in loco parentis’

responsibility- either at classes with me or at classes without me) and

be vigilant as to their activities as well as to the activities of those

around them.

I will let the TinyTalk teacher know of ANY accident or

incident so that they can be reported.

I hereby also acknowledge that no two children are the same and

therefore the level of communication skills achieved, through attending

TinyTalk sessions, cannot be guaranteed.
